At SETTE Jewelry, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original SETTE presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
